Lori Mizuno - LAHSA's Bitfocus lead - lives here in LA and brings 14 years of experience in public health and nonprofit management. Most recently, Lori worked for a Social Impact Investment firm and has worked for other nonprofits in strategic communications, mental health, and Veterans issues. At AIDS Healthcare Foundation, Lori worked on the team that developed a touchscreen platform for community HIV testing across the country at all sites. Lori has a Master of Public Administration from the Robert F. Wagner School of Public Service at New York University, a Bachelor of Arts in Comparative History of Ideas, and a Minor in Human Rights from the University of Washington. Lori also has a Certificate in Project Management from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Allie Pope Burger - Community Administration Specialist supporting LAHSA's work - draws upon her 17 years of public sector experience in program evaluation, project management, data analysis, database development, grant writing, and system administration, primarily in the maternal and child public health field. She has co-authored two publications in peer-reviewed journals. Most recently, in her role as HMIS Data Manager for Montgomery County, PA, Allie was part of a Your Way Home’s Racial Equity projects and was dedicated to the CoC’s data efforts being both equitable and accessible. Allie has a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Drexel University and a Master’s of Art Degree in Sociology from Rutgers University.
Stacy Holmes - Director of Bitfocus' Community Administration Department, helps guide LAHSA's overall HMIS strategy. She brings over 20 years of experience working with government and human services to her roles at Bitfocus. Her experience managing complex projects includes consulting with agencies and public entities to assess strengths, refine objectives, manage data, and implement sustainable solutions. Stacy holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Services & Cultural Competency, and a Master’s degree in Public Administration.
